My name is Hope: author, facilitator, and contentment hub cultivator for quirky women over 40.
As a child, I loved reading and writing. This was further confirmed after I’d come across my old diary from middle school that said I wanted to be an English teacher.
By day, I am a learning and development strategist, with over 10 years’ experience designing and facilitating training within an array of industries - not too far from my childhood aspirations.
My flagship book Corny Girl Chronicles >> and Affirmations for Women over 40 cards >> were born out of my early childhood aspirations, coupled with a genuine
passion for leveraging and sharing my triumphs, lessons, and insights with others who are like me: looking to make the most of our 3rd act of life.

ABOUT A HOPE INSPIRED
A Hope Inspired is a contentment cultivation hub and life-style space for women over 40. We offer a number of self-study tools, including books, affirmation cards, in-person and virtual learning events – intentionally curated for women in our 3rd act of life.
English essayist Samuel Johnson once wrote: “People need to be reminded more often than they need to be instructed.”
This sentiment certainly applies to those of us at this stage: we don’t necessarily need to be TOLD what to do; only REMINDED of our ability to alchemize old parts of ourselves and merge them with who we are becoming, and the opportunity to commiserate with other women on the same journey.
